Acquisition Campaign
Australian Unity asked us to help them acquire new Home Care Package customers. In a highly competitive market, we had the challenge of building awareness as a home care provider as well as acquiring new customers. Australian Unity had lowered some of their fees, meaning customers could get access to more services. This was a compelling message relevant to switchers and new to market customers. An integrated campaign was created using geo-targeted digital and social assets, as well as digital out of home and radio. It was so successful that additional staff were recruited to manage the high level of customer enquiries.
