Staff Acquisition Campaign
Australian Unity is well known as a Health Insurance, but less so as a bank. Low levels of awareness didn’t only exist with consumers but also employees. Staff can be your best brand advocate’s so there was an opportunity to increase awareness and consideration through a campaign promoting their home loans, one of life’s biggest financial expenses. We developed an integrated campaign around How does your Home Loan stack up? which promoted a free home loan health check to staff. The campaign was communicated through desktop screen savers, digital screens throughout the offices, take home flyers and email, and saw a conversation rate of around 50%.
